I really like your #31 word mark, it illustrates the discover of your program and becoming a part of it, which is what you want people to do when they see your logo. As for your symbols, I liked #66 the sticker-like earth, its simple, its fun, it illustrates science, but I'm not sure how it connects to the learning aspect of your company, not that it has to, I can see it motion though, peeling away. #40, I liked the human aspect of this one, how it is connecting in the discover of science, personally I think a more cartoon eye would connect more with kids, and be less creepy too. I liked #39, but if you use this one I think it should be one at a time, and maybe be able to switch them item in the bubble like how the Nick Jr. logo works, it just a thought. I think #38 captures it all, its a puzzle representing discover, it connects with chemistry, and astronomy, I can picture this one in motion too, coming together and coming apart.
As for names, I think Uncover works but if you want to change it here are some starting points, Scientia, which is Latin for Knowledge or knowing, where science came from. Physical reality, science is used to define our physical reality. Phenomena, science is also used to explain phenomena. And theory, the results of the scientific process. Hope this helps.
